Phil Mickelson, who came into the 2012 US Open with high expectations, has completed his tournament at 16-over par with a final round 78. He got off to a tough start on Thursday, carding a 6-over 76 and just could never recover. A couple of 71s on Friday and Saturday from Phil made it look as though he may have righted the ship, but a final-round 78 sealed the deal that he would finish outside the top 50. Right now, he is in a T65.
